| Welcome!
If you work in public relations, fundraising, volunteer management, nonprofit management or media relations, The Community Service Public Relations Council (CSPRC), a nonprofit organization incorporated in 1971, is composed of members from public and private community service organizations concerned with improving and maintaining the highest standards of public relations, communications, media relations and fundraising. CSPRC, a unique St. Louis-based organization, facilitates and broadens its members' knowledge of public relations and fundraising techniques through a variety of activities, workshops, meetings, publications and other services geared specifically for community service agencies.
New Year - New Site! MISSION TOOLKIT Spectrum 2008 CSPRC's annual professional development conference Mission Toolkit was a well-received among what was by far the largest crowd of nonprofit professionals CSPRC has had the pleasure of supporting in many years. The region's only all-day conference designed exclusively for nonprofit professionals was a huge success on all levels. Conference attendees benefitted from a day of shared wisdom and networking among experts and colleagues ready to share their knowledge and stories of professional growth. With expenses down and attendance and sponsorship dollars up, profit for the association soared to more than $7,000. CSPRC extends thanks to conference co-chairs Barbara MacRobie and Bev Pfeifer-Harms, as well as CSPRC board members and association members who made the day such a resounding success. Conference proceeds will help CSPRC continue to provide valuable professional development and networking programs, as well as ensure the sustainability of the organization. This event is CSPRC's biggest fundraiser of the year, and we can't thank our supporters enough. We hope all of you enjoyed the conference as much as we did.
